An integral part of an independent life is work. It conveys meaning, creates identification, provides a structure in everyday life and is the basis for taking care of one’s own life.

In our special-purpose facilities, our residents are prepared for a life that is aligned with the challenges of the labor market. How do I deal with my supervisor? How do I cope with disappointment in the workplace? In addition, job-specific skills are taught and school deficits are made up.

The goal is to reintegrate residents into the labor market in cooperation with local authorities.
